At The Variety Villa, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Personal care items
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Digital products or gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at thevarietyvilla0@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product images/videos showing the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product is received (if applicable), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Bank transfer/UPI (if applicable)

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank.
